Wow, those are some great prices......I know I'm living in the wrong state.......but....moving to somewhere new..I dunno

Even that first house doesn't look too bad compared to some of the housing prices in California. I'm really glad I left that state.

The $25,000 house in our neighborhood that I mentioned on another thread is looking great!
Man, elbow grease and creativity are the golden
geese of real estate. There was a
similar situation about a block from this bargain
which was also brought back to life. Same deal. Rented out for years and went continuously down hill. Someone
bought it for practically nothing and gutted the inside.
I went through it. It was beautiful. Now, however
the people living in it are letting it go again.
It's a shame.
