ANy limits on subscribed threads?

I just noticed that I am subscribed to 900+ threads (most of which are long dead). Does the forum software have any limits on subscribed threads? If not, is there any performance drawback in having a large number of subscriptions?

Good question - I don't know but can do some searching. My hunch is that there are no limits and no performance issues but it's an interesting question.....

I checked how many subscribed threads I have and it is nearly 3000. I am subscribed to threads where I have posted. Of course, not that many are "live" at any time.
