Is there some reason I can't attach a pic?

I click on the 'paperclip icon' and nothing happens.

Is a pop-up blocker stopping you? Try holding down the Ctrl key while clicking on the paper clip.

My guess, too.

Look in your browser's preference or options menu for popup blocker settings and make this site's address an exception (i.e. allow popups from this URL).
