Dark skin / dark background

Is there a way to get light characters on a dark background? A "dark" skin that would be easier to read in dim light?


Is it possible to create one's own skin for this site?

So far all I see is High contrast, white letters on black background.
Type 'Ease of access' into the bottom lower left search bar.
then hit the "Turn on High Contrast" button.
There are some other adjustments you can try.
