Help -- how do I get my account back?

I just returned from vacation and am locked out. I have followed the instructions to get a new password to no avail. I have submitted forms to the administrator to no avail. I finally created a new account.

How can I get my original account back?

The last I heard from Andy he was working on 38 accounts to get fixed up, so you probably on the list.

Thanks Martha. I competed the contact form with appropriate info. Now that I know the extent of the problem I will be patient.

A new admin I didn't know about named Janet fixed me up merging my donheff2 persona back into the real me. Thanks Janet. Now will you please look into the RSS settings and give us a full feed including replies? The forum software must have such a setting. Heck, I was able to toggle it back and forth on my family website photo Gallery.
