How to get your old user name and password back

A number of people have logged in as new users when they had trouble getting their passwords reset. People have asked what to do to get their old "identity" back.

Use the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page to submit a note to the help desk. Include as many deatails as you can about your account/s. If you have two accunts let us know which one you want to keep and we can merge them.
