New Forum Description

We tweaked the descriptions of two forums to make it easier for members to know where to start new threads or look for continuing discussions of interest. "Stock Picking" has been redefined as "Stock Picking and Market Strategy" and is intended to be the home for all discussions on individual equities, alternative asset classes, market timing, and similar discussions. FIRE and Money continues to be the place to look for financial topics that relate to FIRE.
