no pics with ER iOS app

I've been using the ER iOS app for viewing the forum for years. Over the last few weeks I noticed that images aren't showing up in posts. I'm not sure how long this has been an issue, but I find it's happening often. This doesn't happen with all images, some display fine.

I'm wondering if this is a known issue and if it'll be fixed at some point?

It really hampers my ability to appreciate the Blow That Dough thread! 😃

Here's what I see when it's not working:

You've tried deleting and reloading the app, right?

If you were on Android, the first thing I would have advised is to long-press the app icon, choose App info, then tap Storage, then Clear cache, and if that didn't work, try Clear data, which is almost like reinstalling the app, but quicker.

Does anyone know if there's an equivalent procedure for iOS?

I tried clearing the cache and it didn’t work. You can clear the cache from the ER app under settings.
