I'm trying to figure out the post time stamps. Best I can tell this website is somewhere on a barge in the middle of the ocean right?

I just figured it was FIRE time. You know where clocks and calendars are replaced by seasons, sunsets, sunrises and naps.

When I read a post, it has a time stamp. Am I correct in assuming that time is adjusted to my local time? Or is it local time for the poster?

It is your local time - if you have your local time set correctly:

- Click on User CP near the top of this page.
- In the left column, click on Edit Options
- Scroll down the page to Date & Time Options and change your setting to your time zone
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and save your changes
