Psychological Health Survey

My name is Kelly Senty and I am a senior at Guilford College in Greensboro, NC. I am conducting a study regarding psychological health for my senior capstone class. The survey will remain completely anonymous and takes less than 10 minutes, you may also discontinue the survey at any time if you feel the need. By clicking on the link below, you understand the terms of the study and agree to participate.
Thanks for your help and take care!

Re: Psychological Health Survey

Sheryl,

There was a button to review the results. There were 27 responses after I took the quiz.

I don't think any of us are going to be jumping out of any windows soon! It looks like some of us have a self-doubt or two and a misgiving here or there, but nobody is short of self-esteem! Also, we eat out a LOT! It also appears that many, like me, walk to the damn restaurant. Maybe run?

Cheers,

The Old Buzzard.
