Quick button on closed threads

I don't recall if it's always been this way, but I thought only the "Thanks" button remained after a thread was closed. On the California tax thread just now I noticed the quick and thanks buttons, but of course the quick button doesn't work.



No big deal, but I think it's a bug.

No, that would make it harder for the combatants to get "the last word", hehe!
