Someone has found a way to computer-generate thousands of spam messages, all identical and containing Asian gay porn, via the PM feature.
I've blocked the miscreant twice, on two IPs and user names, but since he already switched IPs once, until we get a better fix, I disabled PM features for those who haven't posted enough to get beyond the first level.
We're still working to block the problem permanently, but in the meantime, just delete PMs from anyone you don't know -- especially if labelled "IMPORTANT NEWS AND INFORMATION!!!"
