So, did I miss the post that tells one how to delete the right pane? Right now it displays as below. Causes a lot of scrolling to read all the posts.

Rita, I think Andy is doing some testing at the moment. I'm sure he will provide some relief instructions soon for those who want it.

Freebird, I have a friend who had a whole story about explaining the color "bone" to her husband when she was looking for a pair of shoes.
Someone tried to tell me chartreuse wasn't green once, I told them they'd obviously never done too many shots of the liquor and thrown it up!

I don't know if you (Andy) are looking for feedback yet. If not, ignore this one.

I went to my profile, edit options, and clicked right column off. Easy enough, but it didn't work. I logged out and back in, the value is still set to off, but the column is still there. Just fyi.

Also, fyi, I don't like it. Makes the posts a pain to read, and I suspect will create havoc with things like embedded pics and videos and things.

Having the board changed without having any options (as promised) to reset the changes is just freakin' annoying.

I guess I'll come back when the "guinea pig beta tester" part of the "upgrade" is done.

I'll check Bogleheads occasionally too.

I'm a little behind the times here. I just now read about these changes and I still have the same old boring blue screen. I found the option for the new right column. Is there an option for the green screen? I want a pretty new green screen. Maybe that part hasn't been changed yet?

H2B, The new skin has not been rolled out yet. I still have a few bugs to work out. Hopefully it will be this next week.

Thanks Andy. I'm not as far behind as I thought. I will wait patiently.

A little feedback on the automated Thanks message.

It's great having a notification sent when someone thanks you. Excellent!

Observation: The wordiness of the automated TY message makes it difficult to find the sender's typed text that was sent via the TY.

Either that or I need to put my glasses on.
