Looks like you added a profile picture instead of an avatar. Here's how to add an avatar:
1. Click on "User CP" on the horizontal line above.
2. Under "Settings and Options", on the left, click on "Edit Avatar"
3. Select an avatar that is on your computer, by clicking on "Browse". I think the maximum size is 100x100.
4. Click on "Save Changes".
Hopefully that will do it!
