Firecalc .. a Good Reason for OMY ?

When I run Firecalc for a 40 year retirement starting at 2020, it says 100% success but the remaining nest egg balance will only be $2,700+. I move the retirement year to 2021 with all data input constant, and it says 100% success again, but now - remaining nest egg is $585,000+. I guess this supports the OMY logic.

That is a strange result. I just tried it with the default values and the average ending portfolio only changed by 10%. Would need to understand your actual inputs to comment further.
