Congrats on finding something that works for you. That's the key. Dr. Cooper is amazing. He was putting heart patients on treadmills and many other doctors were convinced he was going to kill them.
What works for me, at least right now, are body-weight exercises done before work four mornings a week. I used the "Your Are Your Own Gym" book and smartphone app to build two workout sets of twenty exercises. I'm happy with this for now. When it gets boring, then I'll switch to something else.
