I couldn't find the answer to these on the other threads, so I'll start a new one.

I received the attached in an email a couple of days ago. However, when I go into the website and try to renew my application, I get an error message saying that I already have an application for this year (which I do, in Ohio). I'm confused. Has anyone done this successfully yet? If so, do you know:

1. If I select a "new plan", as the message discusses, will I have to restart all my deductibles, etc? That would be a show stopper.

2. If I do nothing, will I be able to deduct any additional subsidy on next years taxes instead of taking it now against my monthly payments?
