ACA renew done in CA; HealthCare.gov keeps sending email reminder

I just completed the renewal process from Covered California, though I am getting daily emails from HealthCare.gov reminding us to create an account and submit 2020 application for health coverage. The government must know that California has their own exchange for Covered California application? Why send such emails to Californians?

I did the opt out of receiving their email until the next year’s enrollment period, and I still receive daily reminders.
