Any Surprises in you Annual Notice of Coverage?

My AARP/UHC MA PPO sent out the Annual Notice of Coverage and it looks good. A few of the changes:
  • Co-Pay for specialists went from $45 to $40
  • Added the premium dental rider which used to cost $40 a month.
  • The $100 eyeglass benefit will be every year instead of every two years.
  • Hearing aid co-pay will drop by about40%
  • Premiums don't change, none of my scrips have changed and all drs. (at least for now) are still in-network.

In light of hearing aids becoming OTC, the above drop is not surprising.

What changes did you see?
