Cold/flu season kit

I like NQ knocks you out so you just sleep through the whole process. Oh then drink plenty of water and tea :)
 
Orange juice, lots and lots of orange juice. Vitamin C, fiber, and fluid, all in one tasty drink!

If wat a nurse once told me is correct, pure orange juice is "hypertonic",
meaning it contains more solutes than body fluids, and thus it will
dehydrate you. She said to dilute my OJ, and since then I do it 1:1
or so and it tastes better to me like that now.
