Confused about dryer sheets

I have worked as a plumber for 21 years in the field and chose to become a code official just to have my knees and back in retirement. I've always worked year round while earning a good wage with pensions, two different local unions. My current city job has a decent wage and pension and has a benefit of a single health plan at age 55 for retirement.
