Eat To Live

Anyone read this book by Dr.Joel Furhman.I"m not endorsing it,just curious.He says you can reverse diseases and live longer by adopting his nutrisatarian diet.Mostly eating vegges,fruits,nuts,and seeds.I have lost 25lbs. since the middle of January on a gluten free diet.I do eat alot of fish.Wondering if anyone follows it.Cheers.
