Entering Income on CoveredCA Web Site

The CoveredCA Income form asks me to enter our monthly income and monthly deductions.

Do I just divide 1040 line 37 (AGI) by 12 and enter it for the income and divide line 40 (deductions) by 12 and enter that for deductions?
