Genworth LTC using benifit?

Hi,
My DW and I have been looking at LTC for the past couple years and are about to buy as we have been approved. It looks like the shared plans from Genworth fits our needs best and have competative rates. Would like to hear from any one who has been invloved with making a claim and wether they are overall satified with the Genworth claim process.

Genworth has paid over $2 billion in LTC claims, more than any other company. They also have the most comprehensive standard policy of any company. Definitely the market leader in LTC. If you can live with the A rating from AM Best, you can't go wrong.
