I really wish restaurants would cut the portions or have the option of a smaller portion. Lot's of time my SO & I split something because it is too much food even salads are huge . Sometimes I will just have an appetizer and that is plenty . Since I lost weight my stomach seems to have shrunk and I no longer want more food .

To go along with your calorie counter here is a $3 iPhone app that tells you what food you ate and how many calories from a picture of the food!
