Confused about dryer sheets

Missouri Health Insurance
Hi,
I am wanting to retire early in Missouri. I live near St. Louis. Can anyone give some advice of which insurance carrier to go with or not to go with? Currently my agent has given me two quotes...one with Anthem Blue Cross and one from United Healthcare. I want to know which do you think will provide best coverages for major illnesses.
