Coffee. Lots of coffee, in those styrofoam cups.
This provides lots of fluids. The caffeine acts as an appetite suppressant, and the styrofoam adds bulk without calories.

Hmmm, hadn't thought of this one. Maybe I can start putting my diet cola's into a styrofoam cup. Never picked up the coffee habit.

I found a high carb/low fat guru that's currently, himself, able to maintain his weight. That's all the proof I need to keep eating the SAD (standard american diet). But just in case, I might start eating the styrofoam.
