My Fitbit knows I retired a week ago...

I went from running around at work to being lazy around the house. I see my floors are down, total miles are down, calorie burn is down, and Active zone minutes are down. BUT, I am getting an average of almost 1.5hrs extra sleep per day.

Yes, I once I realized all my stats were down I started a different exercise program. You can't fault me for taking it easy for a few days.

Sleep stage scoring is my favorite thing about Fitbit! If I sleep well, next day is a good one.
