Better now, I hope? That hard plaque can be nasty. Thought I had broken a tooth once, but it was just a chunk of plaque.

Two words: floss daily.

My favourite is Glide comfort mint flavoured floss.

I like Glide too. Tho I have a hard time with it slipping out of my fingers as I try to floss. I end up using a really long piece so I can wrap it around my fingers multiple times. I have some close teeth now every since my orthodontics moved stuff around.
