No way I’m going to eat tilapia. I saw a show that they are used to clean dirty water, aka poops. It’s not from China either, it was somewhere in California. I don’t eat catfish either, but I do eat trout.

Most of the trout in the USA comes from farms along the north side of the Snake river in Idaho, around Hagerman Idaho. They take advantage of springs coming of the surrounding lava flows through the fish runs, like a stream.

I put on socks while standing up. Then again I am not quite as old as Larry King.
One thing I do, that I'm fairly sure he doesn't do: I put on panty hose while standing up. When I wear them, which isn't often.

You're taking quite a risk there.
I haven't worn socks much for the last four months or so, but when I do, I'll probably put them on while seated.

I take supplements. I'm not convinced there is scientific evidence that demonstrates its usefulness, but I figure it's not very expensive and maybe they will fill in the gaps in my nutritionally deficient agri-industrial derived diet.
As I typed the above, DW handed me a plate with some "chocolate zucchini bread", which she purchased at a local Mennonite grocery store. It looks and tastes just like a chocolate fudge brownie with chocolate morsels in it, but , I figure if it says "zucchini bread" it's, like, health food, right? Right??
But now that I think about it, I've been to that store and most of the people who work there are overweight and have obviously bad teeth. Too late, I already ate it.
