Pillpack.com - opinions, experience?

Hi all,

I've been seeing ads for pillpack.com and checked out their website. I thought it might be a good idea for my 82-year-old Dad who is on multiple prescriptions.

They say they take care of everything related to refills and insurance. They'll include vitamins and OTC stuff. Their quality control seems reasonably good and they're using pharmacists just like the local pharmacy does. It would save my Dad trying to do his own transfer-from-the-pill-bottles-into-the-7-day-pill-box thing, and they'd probably be more accurate.

The main drawback I saw was that they don't do 90-day refills, but I don't think my Dad does much of that. Even if he did cost isn't too much of a concern.

Does any one have any thoughts, opinions, or experience with them?
