Plan F HD supplement price dropped for 2017

I wonder why this happened.
They don't give a reason except annual rate filing, based on age
gender and county.

Dropped about 10 bucks a month for her and 8 for me.

Quite interesting this is an aged based plan and normally goes up
slightly every year.

I am down to 64/month I think I started at 62/month 3 years ago.
Was 72/month for 2016 for me.
