Reviews on Surency or HealthcareBank HSA plans and fees?

I am looking at having my boyfriend sign up for an HDHP and an HSA for 2016. His employer uses Surency (which may actually be HealthcareBank) as their HSA plan provider. I have been searching high and low for a list of their fees, rules, and mutual fund choices, but have not come up with anything. The info HR gave us did not disclose all the details such as fees & investment options, and the website info is minimal. I guess I will have to call the company on Monday, but in the meantime, I thought I would see if anyone here has any experience with these companies. His open enrollment ends Tuesday, so we are cutting it close. I personally have Optum Bank for my HSA provider, which has pretty low fees & good fund choices. However, I know a lot of HSA companies are just money vultures, and the industry is not well regulated with respect to excessive, ridiculous fees.
