Short Term health insurance in Texas questions

My son is moving to Texas and is between jobs and has to get short term insurance -he will be living in Austin. Anyone suggest a reasonably priced carrier or any other advice on getting insurance in Texas?

Thanks

I'd suggest he start by getting some quotes on ehealthinsuance.com. Since he's young and if he's also in good health, short term coverage should be relatively inexpensive (less than $100/month). I'd recommend he stick with a carrier with a decent reputation such as BC/BS or UnitedHealthcare.
