Very interesting. I'll make some changes to my diet:

"A six-year study suggests that seniors who eat more than two portions of mushrooms a week may have 50% reduced odds of experiencing mild cognitive decline."

Recreational ‘shrooms were also a personal favorite but I haven’t seen any since a trip to Amsterdam.

They go in our omelettes, salads, and on our pizzas and steaks. Def more than two servings per week. Tonight? Veggie pizza and wings! Shrooms included.

Hmmmm.... I like these Friday ideas.

I forgot about pizza. Another stage for mushrooms to shine.
