I was surprised by this info, from MayoClinic.com:
If you're generally healthy and eat a wide variety of foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes and lean meats, you don't likely need dietary supplements.
I was surprised because every day you seem to hear about how larger than RDA amounts of this vitamin or that helps with blah blah blah.
What do you think?
