how about this...

just before mealtime, eat a small bowl of pysillium cereal (with lots of milk, otherwise you will dehydrate due to the water absorbtion of the pysillium), your stomach will half fill up with the pysillium, and you will feel full with a small meal.

sort of an organic temporary tummy staple.

ease into this slowly to get your system used to the fibre. This will also lead to orgasmic movements ; - )

oh shoot...I guess this makes me a geezer
