It's become apparent that I need to bid on next year's lunch with Warren Buffett. Last year it cost $2.1M but this year it went for nearly 25% less, so next year's should be a dirt-cheap bargain.
I'm going to choose my accompanying lunchmates from my top seven co-bidding fundraiser buddies, who will probably each need to send me [-]$200K $250K[/-] $300K just to be on the safe side. But if we win the bidding then I'll be happy to pay the drinks tab [-]out of the residue[/-] on my own.
