I was looking at EIM yesterday. Yet I don't think it matters which you choose. +/- 6% yield tax free.
 
Moving this thread to "Market Strategy", where it's a better fit.
 
I like NUV which is unleveraged. Are you looking at yield or the discount to NAV or both?
 
Discount to NAV. In an attempt to look at the risk-adjusted return as eim is levered. I haven't bought any yet but that's said it's on my radar. Still think there's a little more pain to come in the sector
