The market is inherently unpredictable in the short-term. Especially during disruptions as we are currently experiencing.

You say you are reacting to highly predictable social and economic responses in one sentence but, in the very next sentence, you say the market is disconnected from reality. In essence, trying to time the market. That's a very sketchy thing.

Personally, I think the market is likely to go down again as well. When, and for how long (and how far), I don't know. So I'm not going to bet on it because that would be trying to time the market. I invest in quality companies that I expect to grow fairly rapidly over time. I don't need to time the market to do well.
