Does anyone have experience with this REIT? Though not a "barn burner" in terms of growth, it has some appeal for quality income generation -- your thoughts and opinions are welcomed.

Just a quick follow-up to see if anyone has experience with this fund. It seems like a good component towards achieving an overall 4% SWR. Thanks in advance.

I don't believe it's a fund. It's an individual REIT equity that owns and leases property to the feds. I've looked at it off and on for years and never took the leap. Usually trades at a premium to fair value.
