Fidelity 401k Bond Fund Selection

My 401k was moved to Fidelity end of 2020.

My 401k AA is currently ~ 60% stock, 10% bond fund (FXNAX), and 30% in Stable value fund. Stable value fund returns ~1.5% annually, with 0.015% expense ratio.

18 months into retirement I have found that I only need 10% in Stable value to weather a prolonged downtrend, so I want to rebalance from Stable Value into bond funds to achieve an AA of 60% stock, 30% bond, 10% Stable value.

I know zip about bond funds.

FXNAX returns are ~ -1% YTD, 5.4% 3 Yr, 2.9% 5 yr, and 3% 10 yr.

My 401k bond fund choices are FXNAX, JCPUX, PHYQX, PRRIX.

Should I just transfer from SV into FXNAX to achieve the target AA, or are the other funds more appropriate.

I am not trying to time the move, just want to set the AA where it needs to be for me to ignore it.

FXNAX is a fine set-it-and-forget-it low-cost bond fund.
