Anyone been looking at Infrastructure Co's or ETF's?
I've been watching this area for about a year - water stocks, etc. One company in particular seems like they'd be worth a shot. But, MIC seems like they sold off a bunch of stuff but I have no idea whether it was the profitable stuff or garbage. Seems like their stock has gotten beaten down, but maybe it's for a good reason - they're not making money, as of late.
Seems like with the economy taking a dump, this sector would have a lower risk, with a lower reward, but better than negative returns?
Yield is sky high (14%), but maybe that's looking backwards (something that won't be sustained?).
I'm biased since my job is infrastructure related.
