Question: Naked shorts rule and UltraProshares
Naked shorts rule and UltraProshares

All the short proshares...how are they effected by the NO naked short rule, if at all

Like the SKF Ultra Short Banks

And is the SEC NO naked short rule (on 19 Banks) , a temporay measure, or for all time

Be fearful when others are greedy, and greedy when others are fearful. Just another form of "buy low, sell high" for those who have trouble with things. This rule is not universal. Do not buy a 1973 Pinto because everyone else is afraid of it.

Easy way to find out is to get in contact with the SEC. I'm sure they have better knowledge than an Internet Bulletin Board. Even this one.

A "god of trading" would know such things........day-trading a $5000 account at Ameritrade doesn't count...........
