The SECURE Act 2.0 RMD CHANGES

I haven't done any research to see if any legislation has been done lately on raising the age for RMD to 75?

Has anyone followed or kept up with this bill or where it is at??

I understand it's still being marked up/changed and I suspect the mod's will chime in about discussing an "evolving bill".

Given where we are in the election cycle, anything "today" is really not relevant, as it will be up to the new congress at the start of the year. As I understand it, this is not one of the pieces of legislation being talked up for the lame duck session for the end of the year.

Come Jan 1, it all resets.
