Time to buy CANN?

Seems like the AG wants it outlawed. However as 15 states have the active ingredient legalized for medical reasons, 22 states have the product medically legalized, and 9 for recreational use (total 46 out of 51) it will be open use sooner rather than later.

This would be in my trading portfolio .... my retirement + legacy ones are all broad index ETFs

In the early 1900s, you may have been convinced that horseless carriages were soon going to take over the roads. But that doesn't mean you would have been able to pick out General Motors as the winner over Geneva (list of defunct US automobile manufacturers: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o..._United_States)

If you want to speculate, and aren't afraid to likely lose everything, now might be the time. I'm not sure I'd want to bet on something not federally permitted - too many things that could go wrong.
