We have taken about 12 RS trips since we turned 55. Enjoyed them all. We want the social nature and companionship of an interesting educated group of new people to meet. Our favorite trip was an indepth exploration of Oxford, UK with an emphasis on writers and artists.
We did photography in Oregon, Lincoln and Architecture in Springfield, IL, Survey of France, and lots of different trips in the northeast. A real highlight was a BBQ class in South Carolina.
The website gives all the info necessary to make an informed choice. Hotels are not five star but clean and safe. Meals are not often as flexible but again safe and adaptable to many diets. The hosts have always tried to assist everyone.
