Best Food Destinations in 2017

I came across an interesting culinary travel list of top 50 food cities in 2017 on msn.com. Seeking out interesting local food is one of our goals when we travel, if not one of the core reasons why we travel to a particular destination.
It looks like the original top 100 list was constructed by a caterer in the UK. I'm not familiar with them but their rankings and methodology is kind of interesting and looks pretty logical.

I never agree with any ranking lists on any subject. Whoever produces s such lists have No idea what they are talking about.I

We live 2 hrs. south of Nashville, TN. And it is really developing as a dynamic foodie town. Over half of Tennessee restaurants are in this one city--a huge feat. And with recent years' influx of diversity, 195 languages are spoken there. They also brought their native foods with them.

I guess it depends on what kind of food you like. These lists are really dubious in my view.

I had the good fortune to have Megacorp send me to Tokyo and Naples. Definitely great eating destinations. I'm forever spoiled for sushi and pizza.

I don't think you can satisfy everyone with any of list.
Personally, I like to compare lists and use them for ideas.

I agree! Singapore’s food stalls are amazing. Try the chili crab!! Messy but delicious.
