Costco $20 Cash Card for Car Rentals

Costco has a deal going on now for $20 cash card included for car rentals booked online this month, while supplies last.
For rentals in the 8/16/18 to 9/30/18 time period.
Minimum 4 days including a Saturday night, and full-size car or larger.
Limit one per customer.
If you cancel the rental, you forfeit the card. This would happen if you switched to a cheaper available rental later.

I had been checking because I was looking for lower prices for a rental for late next month. It had finally dropped a good chunk.

Of course if rental prices drop further I'll happily wave goodbye to this $20 cash card bonus. In the past I've noticed that car rental prices can drop quite a bit about 2 weeks before your arrival date - but you never know!

I had a $40 cash card with one rental this year. I’d check the rates almost daily. About a month before, the rate dropped enough to cancel the cash card rental. I think I got one cash card last year. Any others were lost to lower rentals.
