Agree, I had cipro with me for the trip. The hotel (Hilton near the Mumbai airport and my work location) had some kinda anti-diahreal med that helped quite a bit. Two Indian guys I had worked with on the phone a lot, were coming into Mumbai via train from Puni to see me the day after I got sick. I couldn't reach them to cancel, so we met in the Hitlon lobby and sat in the dining room and visited for 30 minutes. They were young guys and had partied all night and didn't seem to concerned that I couldn't go out with them.
